Christina Masakha Were
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Christina holds a Master of Science Degree in Management and Organisational Development from USIU-Africa with additional studies in Strategic Management. Her first degree was a BA (Hons) from the University of Nairobi majoring in Sociology and German. In addition, Christina holds a Higher Diploma from the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM - K). Christina Were joined the Hospital in September 2007.
Prior to this she worked as Human Resources Manager at De La Rue Currency and Security Print, HR Manager Sarova Hotels (Whitesands - Mombasa) and as a Human Resources Officer at Kenya Power and Lighting Company. She is a member of the Governing Council/Board of IPM (K) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors Kenya. Christina enjoys reading, mountain climbing, jigsaw, codeword and crossword puzzles. She has a keen interest in leadership and people development.

The Department strives to build a highly skilled, creative and collaborative workforce that meets diverse and ever changing needs of our customers and a team that is in line with market demands. The dynamic team of competent professionals provides HR and administrative support for the Hospital to achieve its corporate objectives and supports its employees.
