| St. Marys Paediatric ward officially opened
26 Jul 08 Mr. Charles Njonjo,CEO of Stanbic and CFC holdings, unveiled a plaque to officially open the St. Mary’s paediatric wing. The hospital expanded the wing at a cost of 112 million shillings and raised the bed capacity from 15 to 62 in the children’s ward. The new ward offers a selection of accommodation i.e. en-suites, duplexes, deluxe and private rooms which have telephones, television sets, fridges, self contained toilets, showers and bathrooms. Educational books, bicycles, toys and games are provided for children to make their stay enjoyable. This facility has thus enhanced the hospital’s paediatric in-patient facilities. |
