The Nairobi Hospital has a modern and well-equipped Accident and Emergency Centre that handles 200-300 patients per day. It is well equipped with professional staff who are certified in advanced cardiac life support and advanced trauma life support ensuring that emergency care is provided as per international protocols.

The Nairobi Hospital Accident and Emergency Centre has a well laid out Disaster Preparedness plan with facilities for helicopter landing. The centre has its own X-ray Unit and CT scanner to facilitate quick evaluation of the patients.

Expert sub speciality care is provided by our visiting consultants making The Nairobi Hospital a regional referral centre.

The centre offers paediatric services availed by senior registrars in the children’s clinic which has a playroom, child friendly furniture and it is decorated with soft and warm child friendly colours. 

Attached to the Centre is a Day Surgery Unit with short stay facilitiesOthers services available in the centre include:

  • Travel immunization available on a 24 hours basis
  • Professional nutritional and general counselling available
  • Repatriation services carried out in collaboration with international health insurances
  • Executive clinic in our new short stay facility will allow expedited, highly professional medical care.

  • Opthamology Clinic
