- The Kenya Hospital Association has
two types of individual membership, both of which entitle a member to
residents’ in-patient rates:1. Ordinary Membership
- An in-patient bed night rebate at the Nairobi Hospital of Kshs.
500.00 per night. - Priority of admission to the Nairobi Hospital for emergency procedures.
- One vote at General Meetings of the Kenya Hospital Association.
Cost:
Entry Fee: Kshs 2,500.00
Annual subscription: Kshs 2,500.002. Gold Membership
- An in-patient bed night rebate at the
Nairobi Hospital of Kshs. 750.00 per night for the member and immediate
dependant family, if they are covered under the scheme. - Priority of admission at The Nairobi
Hospital for emergency and non-emergency procedures. - Admission to the Nairobi Hospital for
the member and immediate family if they are covered under the scheme
without the need to pay a deposit. Not withstanding this, payment of
the hospital bills in all other respects will conform to the
hospital’s published terms. - One vote at the annual general
meetings of the Kenya Hospital Association. The immediate family, if
covered under the scheme will have no vote.
Cost:
Kshs 30,000.00 (inclusive of entry fee-no annual subscription) for a three year period.
Kshs 15,000.00 for each of the gold member’s immediate dependant family (husband, wife and all children

has been continually updated and augmented.

The Hospital is run through a non-profit
making membership organisation, the Kenya Hospital Association, which
appoints a voluntary Board of Management to run the hospital.
